On Board Ministry

Dallas pastored for eleven years in Kerrville, Texas before he and Alexia founded On Board Ministry (OBM) to train international pastors and laymen. OBM is primarily focused on ministry in Kenya, where he began his missionary work in 1986. Dallas has regularly traveled there to provide training and leadership. His national partners and the OBM ministry teams continue to be involved in evangelism, discipleship, theological training and church planting. Dallas also graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary.
