Equipped Seminars

 |  Chapel

The Equipped Seminar Series is held each summer and is an opportunity for the whole church to be equipped in areas vital to the Christian life. These seminars will provide our church body with tools for responding biblically as individuals and for encouraging one another biblically.

Speaker

On Saturday, August 10, our speaker will be Dr. Brad Klassen. Dr. Klassen serves as a professor of Bible exposition and director of ThM Studies at The Master’s Seminary. He is also an elder at Grace Community Church (Sun Valley, CA), where he teaches in the church’s weekly men’s ministry, Men of the Word, and co-pastors the adult fellowship group “Commissioned.” From 2001 until he joined the seminary faculty in 2013, Brad was involved in pastoral theological education in the former Soviet Union. He and his wife, Heather, have four adult children and one son-in-law.

Topics & Registration

This whole-day event will include four different seminars; choose to attend every seminar or any combination of them. The theme for these seminars will be "Our All-Sufficient God: Knowing and Relating to Him in Trouble." With all that God reveals about Himself in Scripture, what should our response be to that revelation? How will a right response help us in the difficulties of life?

Everyone in our church family is encouraged to attend these seminars, for equipping us for godly living. Registration is free and opens on July 7th.
