Institutes of Theology Archive (2024–Present)
Institutes of Theology is designed to equip God's people in proper hermeneutics for accurate biblical interpretation and to increase their knowledge and understanding of the primary story of the Bible and the core doctrines of the Christian faith.
The CBC pastors will provide four years of training in the Scriptures to disciple and shepherd Christ's people to love Him and His Word and to apply such truths to all areas of life, including family, church, vocation, and community.
The following essential Christian doctrines will be considered:
Fall 2024 – Bible Survey; Spring 2025 – Hermeneutics and Prolegomena; Fall 2025 – Theology Proper; Spring 2026 – Christology; Fall 2026 – Pneumatology; Spring 2027 – Anthropology and Hamartiology; Fall 2027 – Soteriology; Spring 2028 – Angelology; Eschatology
